With over a decade of experience in IT networking, customer service, and tailored technology strategies, WebPal was founded from my lifelong fascination with, and curiosity about, the mechanics that drive IT solutions. As early as 4 years old, I moved the entire Windows directory on my father’s Toshiba laptop to a different folder. Let’s just say, the outcome didn’t exactly please him—but ever since, I’ve been drawn to IT like a magnet.
I was never enamoured by the rigid constraints of mainstream education and broke free at the age of 15 when I launched my first business in Melbourne. Designing and hosting websites gave me invaluable hands-on experience in building and managing digital platforms. At 18, I shifted gears into digital marketing, working with two leading Brisbane companies. When I returned to Melbourne in 2013, I worked with two prominent IT firms before founding WebPal in 2018, combining everything I’d learned to serve clients across diverse industries, including energy, hospitality, retail, medical, and professional services.
