With experience in the IT field and a lifetime passion for computers and technology, I bring both enthusiasm and a solid foundation to my work. I’m thrilled to be part of the WebPal team where I can blend my technical expertise with my commitment to customer service.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering and am currently working on a Diploma in Counselling & Communication Skills, as I believe in continually expanding both my technical and communication abilities.

I look forward to continuing my growth within the tech industry while contributing to the success of others, whether through delivering impactful IT solutions or providing tailored support.

My strength lies in a blend of technical skills and a strong focus on clear communication. I bring expertise in areas such as troubleshooting systems, managing network infrastructure, and collaborating with external IT teams to deliver seamless user experiences. I’m passionate about working on hardware and tackling hands-on technical challenges, always eager to get into the technical weeds and find solutions. I aim to bridge the gap between the technical and human aspects of technology, ensuring that the solutions I provide are both effective and user-friendly.

My top priority is always prevention, as I believe that safeguarding client data and minimising risk is essential for building trust and maintaining business continuity. I stay proactive in identifying vulnerabilities and implementing strategies to mitigate risks.

Fun Facts

When I’m not working on IT solutions, I enjoy delving into audio production, exploring the creative aspects of sound and music. It’s a great way for me to express myself and unwind. I also love spending time in nature, going for hikes, and reconnecting with the outdoors. These activities not only help me recharge but also spark my creativity and drive my passion for finding innovative solutions, both in tech and in life.
